Remembering is always free
The basic memorial page is free and stays free — the name, the dates, a candle and the book of condolences, even after a paid plan ends. Photos and videos are the archive and the archive belongs to the plan: once it ends they are locked, never deleted, and can be downloaded at any time. You pay for the archive, never for the right to remember.
How long we keep it
Your records are kept for as long as the service exists. We do not promise eternity, because no one honestly can. If the service were ever to close, you would have twelve months' notice and a full export of everything you have kept.
Your records are yours to take
Export everything you have added — photos, notes, health records and pedigree — on every plan, including Free. No plan ever locks your memories in.
