Subscription and payments

What is free, what is paid for, and how to leave.

A basic account is free and stays free. A paid plan adds more photos, video and sharing with family. A memorial page is always free — even after a paid plan ends. You pay for the archive, never for the right to remember.

Photos have a storage allowance in every plan. A free account gets two hundred photos or a hundred megabytes, whichever runs out first. Premium gets five gigabytes, Breeder twenty-five, both with no limit on the number. A shelter has no cap at all. Video is counted separately, in minutes. Your account page shows how much is used — and when it runs out, the upload says so instead of quietly failing.

Payment is by card. In Czech crowns that is the only method the gateway offers; in euro and złoty a few others work, but only a card can be charged repeatedly. The yearly plan is a third cheaper than twelve monthly ones. A receipt arrives by e-mail right after payment.

There are two ways to end it, and they differ. Within fourteen days of ordering you may withdraw — it ends at once and you get everything back apart from a proportionate amount for the days the plan was running. Later you may terminate with one month's notice; everything keeps working until it ends and the unused remainder is refunded. Until a termination takes effect, one button takes it back.
