The shelter profile and the team

The profile belongs to the shelter, not to one person — because people in shelters move on.

A shelter has its own profile with a name, address, capacity and contacts. It is not one employee's account: if the profile hung on one person, their departure would take everything with it.

An administrator invites colleagues by link. They tap it, sign in with their email, and from then on they see the profile and the shelter's animals. The link works for fourteen days and only once.

An administrator can remove a colleague, but the last administrator cannot be removed — a profile without one is a profile nobody can reach again.

The registration number from the state veterinary register is part of the profile and cannot be rewritten. It is a permanent identifier: rename or move, and it is still recognisably you.
