Claiming a prepared profile

Your shelter's profile probably exists already. It only needs claiming.

Shelter profiles are prepared from the public register of approved animal shelters. We did not create an account for you and we hold nothing that is not public — it is the same as an entry in a directory.

A shelter page is visible in the directory even before anyone claims it — people look for a shelter near them and should be able to find yours. It shows only public information: the name, town, contact details and a few sentences written from your website, and the page says where they come from. If you do not want to be listed, write to info@pawfie.eu and we will take the page down.

Before you claim it you see what you are claiming: name, address, capacity and registration number. Opening the link does nothing on its own — only the button does. Links get opened by accident, and claiming is one-way.

Whoever claims it becomes the administrator and can edit contacts and the name and invite colleagues. The link stops working, so the same profile cannot be claimed twice.
